We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Director to build and lead a high-performing team that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent. This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels, including strategic recruiting, employer branding, internal mobility, temporary employee and intern management, and talent acquisition operations and analytics.  

The HR Administrator I plays a vital role in supporting a seamless employee experience by coordinating key processes related to onboarding, compliance, reporting, and HR operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The HR Administrator I collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, IT, Safety, and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR workflows.

This position is primarily responsible for assisting with the receipt, storage and shipment of grain and other crop inputs/agricultural products.   The pay range for this position is $16.50/hr to $17/hr. The shift for this position is NIGHTS 4pm-4am.  

This is an entry-level position responsible for the hand-add operation and providing back-up support to other roles.  This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the general plant area, with an emphasis in the hand-add area.

This position is a maintenance crew member responsible for maintenance and repair of plant equipment at an industrial feed milling plant, which includes areas of expertise in electrical, welding and instrumentation.  Primary goal is to assure safe and efficient production by responding to changing conditions in timely manner. Emphasis will be preventive maintenance and welding.
