The Director of Total Rewards is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, recognition, leave administration, and wellbeing programs. This role will ensure our total rewards offerings support the company’s business objectives, promote employee engagement, and remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant. The Director will also lead the total rewards team and collaborate across departments to deliver a positive and consistent employee experience.  

This is an entry-level position responsible for the hand-add operation and providing back-up support to other roles.  This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the general plant area, with an emphasis in the hand-add area.  

This position is a maintenance crew member responsible for maintenance and repair of plant equipment at an industrial feed milling plant, which includes areas of expertise in electrical, welding and instrumentation.  Primary goal is to assure safe and efficient production by responding to changing conditions in timely manner. Emphasis will be preventive maintenance and welding.   This is a night shift position 4pm-4am.
