Overview

The Financial Systems Analyst will bring a detail-oriented and technically skilled approach to Viserion’s FP&A activity. This role will be responsible for managing data loads, maintaining system integrations, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across platforms. Ideal candidates will possess advanced Planful experience to support our financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.

 

Based on demonstrated experience, candidates may be considered for a senior-level Financial Systems Analyst position.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer and maintain the Planful financial planning and consolidation platform
  • Perform and validate data loads, including imports from ERP and other source systems
  • Post and reconcile consolidation and top-side journal entries
  • Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations between Planful and ERP systems
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation processes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, templates, and dashboards
  • Assist in system enhancements, testing, and process improvements
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support reporting and analysis needs
  • Document system processes, controls, and procedures
  • Perform other duties and project work as assigned

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability necessary to perform this job successfully:

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Planful (administrator experience required)
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles
  • Experience with data management, system integrations, and financial reporting tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related technical field
  • Experience with Syspro ERP preferred
  • Experience with Agris ERP preferred
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes preferred
  • Continuous improvement and systems-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Physical Requirments

  • Frequently required to: sit for prolonged periods of time, reach for/manipulate standard office equipment, communicate with various staff and/or reach for and manipulate objects.
  • Occasionally lifts 20 pounds.

USD $90,000.00/Yr.
