Bagger Operator - AZ

This position is primarily responsible for operating the bagger machine as well as general feed mill work.  

Pay Rate is $18.50-$19/hr. depending on experience 

• Operate bagger machine and stack finished bags on pallets, in a repetitive continuous fashion. 
• General clean up duties including sweeping, shoveling etc.  
• Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.  
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.  

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• Forklift experience a plus 

• Highly effective at multi-tasking and handling continuous interruptions without losing focus. 
• Strong follow-through skills. 
• Must be self-motivated and accountable for results.   

• Must be able to lift and haul 50 lb sacks continuously for a shift.  
• Must be able to operate without incident all yard equipment as mentioned above.  
• Must be able to concentrate and remain focused despite repeated interruptions. 
• Must be able to perform critical thinking and troubleshoot. 
• Must to able to lift, push and pull heavy equipment (50+ lbs) routinely throughout shift.   
• Must be able to stoop, crouch, bend, climb, push and pull. 
• Must be able to see without obstruction. 
• Must be able to write clearly and legibly and keep detailed and accurate records.  

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. 
• The employee will be regularly exposed to very dusty and noisy conditions 
• The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
