This is an entry level position responsible for assisting the Company’s recruiters with recruiting and hiring for needed positions at all levels.


  • Assess applicant flow including assessment tracking and interview scheduling.
  • Responsible for employment application intake.
  • Communicate with candidates and referral agencies on application process.
  • Assist internal and external customers with access to ATS.
  • Answer calls for the Recruiting & Development department.
  • Perform HRIS data entry and maintain database, including purges when required.
  • Act as point of contact for ATS to work through updates and resolve issues.
  • Ensure completion of necessary and mandated hiring paperwork.
  • Manage HR department filing system, ensuring all records are meticulously and accurately filed.
  • Assist with EEO reporting, BLS and other survey requests as needed.


  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Two years’ experience in human resources management or administration preferred.
